Delivery Policy

Here at Ceed Vitality®. we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

We know that you don’t want to wait days for your order to arrive. That’s why we send all our orders through our fulfilment centres based in the UK.


How will my parcel be sent to UK mainland?

Ceed Vitality® offer a choice between 1st and 2nd class shipping with our fulfilment centres. 2nd class shipping postage costs £0.99 and takes 3-5 working days to be delivered since collection. 1st class shipping postage costs £2.99 and takes 1-2 working days to be delivered since collection.

If you order before 1pm on a weekday, we should be able to ship your parcel on the same day; otherwise it will be shipped the next day. If you order after 1pm on Friday, your parcel will be collected on the following Monday.

Please note that whilst we promise to ship your order quickly, the delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, and certain parts of Scotland will usually take a little longer to arrive.


How will my item(s) be sent to Western Europe?

All items will be sent via our fulfilment centres.


How will my item(s) be sent to rest of the world?

Shipping to the rest of world will be done via our fulfilment centres. Shipping can take up to a month to arrive to some countries and locations.

Please note we have made every effort to make our shipping charges as accurate as possible, however, occasionally the amount charged may be insufficient to cover the cost. If this is the case you will be given the opportunity to either pay the additional amount or alternatively we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Please note our shipping charges do not allow for any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying such charges.


How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

An email will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch with your tracking number.


Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

Please contact us within 30 days after placing your order via our contact us page – we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by our fulfilment centres has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, our fulfilment centres have a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.

For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, if your item is not collected and is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the cost of postage. If not received on time, your international parcel will be deemed lost after 21 days since shipment date.
